Winter addon v1.1 [Schumi][1.53]

These are add-ons for the Frosty mod by Grimes

- Replaced road and grass textures

- Replaced weather settings with default ones

- Added snow dump for barriers (not everywhere)

Version 1.1:

- Fixed bug with pink textures
