Scania 4 series V8 1.43

I have converted Scania V8 4 Series Open Pipe originally made by Kriechbaum for and reworked by me to FMOD. It will work with Caspian Customs Scania R 4 series and T4 series as well as the Scania R4 and T4 addon by RJL. I'll also add new gear air sounds and engine brake thanks to Alexander Swift and aLmono.

Also when selecting engines, select the DSC14 or DC16 to have the V8 sound
