Realistic Rain v3.7.1

Changelog v3.7.1 for 1.38 and 1.37 version:

- (FMOD) Added "Sound level-transition of rain hitting in the cabin"

- Minor tweaks & values for some textures, windshield effects...

- Improved "outside" Rain texture

- Improved "Addon for RGM"

Compatibility

- 1.37.x - 1.38.x (DirectX11) - FMOD Support. Clean log

- Compatible with all DLC's and it should work with Mods Maps (ProMods, RusMap...)

- It should work fine with other Weathers/Graphics Mods, give it a try. But remember put RR above in priority.
